We reply to emails within 48 hours. You can pre-order your baked goods at any time, but please note that cancellations must be made no later than three days before the pickup date.

Collective Bakery supplies fresh pastries to our coffee shops and sells bread and cakes from the front shop on Nørrebrogade - where, of course, you can also get a cup of coffee. Behind the large glass wall, you can watch our skilled team in action, crafting the day’s baked goods.

Local Ingredients and Honest Craftsmanship

We source our ingredients from trusted suppliers like Kornby Mølle and Friis Holm. From sourdough bread to cardamom buns, our baked goods enhance the coffee experience, celebrating both flavor and quality.
